- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This office has been nothing but a NIGHTMARE for my daughter. She has called multiple times to be seen since she has heavy bleeding and has a heart condition, which requires her to be seen for any reason. She was told they could not see her until 2 months from now!! Really? She goes to her appt and was told she could not be seen since her doctor was going into surgery. She was NOT offered to be seen by another physcian or anyone. My daughter asked to be put on a cancellation list and was told, very rudely, that she would be called tomorrow. Well she DOESN'T have the probelm tomorrow she has it TODAY!! The front staff is extremely rude and not accomnodationg at all!! We DO NOT recommend this office at all. I will be telling anyone and everyone I know to avoid this office at all cost. I work in a medical facility and we do everything possible to have our patients be seen whether they are late or the physician is unavaialbe. Our patiets will NOT be turned away for ANY REASON. Maybe this office shoudl adopt this policy!!!! Having a little empathy goes a very long way in this profession which none in the office has!!December 31, 2016by Pamela Encarnacion
